  • Coming soon

  • We are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, by appointment only.

  • I currently work with adults - individuals 18 and older.

  • I started working in mental health in 1999 after receiving my Bachelors of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. I earned my Masters Degree in 2003 from William Carey University. Since then I have worked in settings to include home, school, community, inpatient, and private practice conducting individual and group sessions with all ages. I have been a County Administrator for a community mental health provider and a Director of Behavioral Health for an integrative health clinic.

  • We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. We are happy to verify benefits for you as a courtesy, but specific plans vary, so we highly recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to get specific details.

We also accept self/private pay. There are many benefits of going private pay. We encourage you to thoughtfully consider if this option is right for you.

  • Your first session is called an intake session. The intake session is largely focused on laying the foundation for the subsequent counseling sessions. During the intake session we will review confidentiality and privacy, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. We will have the opportunity to hear your story, why you are seeking counseling, and what you hope to achieve by attending therapy. The following session we will work together to identify specific goals you hope to achieve through therapy. Then we will begin to work together towards achieving those goals.
